New open-source developer tools, the day they appear.
Most tools worth adopting surface in the noise before anyone writes about them. GH Radar sweeps newly created repositories every day and keeps the ones that look like real developer tooling, so you can filter the flood down to the handful actually worth a look.

Many AI agents, one repo. Agents declare intent before they edit, overlaps come back before code exists, only CI-verified trains move main, and every line answers why. Built on Cloudflare Workers + Artifacts, with a measured Artifacts bill per landed change.
Harness engineering from first principles: the loop, tools, guardrails, context, memory, durability, delegation, orchestration and evaluation that turn a model into an agent. Visual guide, runnable code, teardowns of Claude Code, Codex, Pi, Hermes and DeepSeek Harness.
Do Claude Code skills actually help? Benchmark AI coding agent skills, plugins & CLAUDE.md with and without them: pass rate, cost, false "done" claims, test tampering. Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex — any LLM.
An MCP server that lets AI agents inspect a personal computer (Windows / macOS / Linux) read-only. It calls well-established open-source tools (osquery, ClamAV, Wazuh) and returns the results as JSON that AI agents can work with.
Give your computer a soul: a quiet desktop cat that sees what you do on this machine, remembers your days, and acts for you only after you nod. 让你的机器有自己的灵魂。
A local Model Context Protocol server for Godot projects: GDScript and scene analysis without the engine, journaled edits, and the games and editors it runs, drives, captures and debugs.
Test AI prompts before you ship them: run several prompt versions on the same examples, auto-check every answer, see which version wins, and catch regressions between runs. Local web app + CLI, with an offline demo mode.
Claude makes a mistake once. Ritual makes sure it's the last time. A Claude Code plugin that turns every mistake into a lesson, every lesson into a rule, and every rule into a test or a guard.
A fast, configurable health-check CLI for infrastructure and application dependencies.

How the signal is scored
Every repo carries a potential score combining log-scaled stars and forks, recent commit activity, project health, and how deeply it matched the developer-tool topics the collector watches. Stars and forks are log-scaled so a single outlier cannot flatten everything below it, and forks carry their own weight, so a young project people are already building on can outrank a more starred one nobody has adopted.
Age is deliberately excluded. Every repo in the collection is currently the same age, so a growth rate would carry no information and would just rank by raw stars. The weighting is worth revisiting once the collector has covered enough days for velocity to mean something.
I build tools that make other people's work faster, and I ship them in public while I do it.
Most of them started as friction of my own: a component library I needed twice, an automation I was tired of running by hand. They turned out to be useful to people I'll never meet. GH Radar is the same bet. I wanted a way to find what was worth adopting before the noise buried it, so I built one and left it here for anyone else doing the same hunt.
The goal isn't a list of repos. It's a body of open, dependable tools that other developers reach for without thinking twice.
